Q: How long will it take to receive my wall card and wallet certification?
A: Your wallet card and wall certificate will be emailed to you within 48 hour upon successful completion of the course. These documents are available to print. Be certain to provide a valid email address during course registration.
Q: What if I don't pass the quiz at the end of the Blended Learning course?
ALRelax. Your success is our priority. The final quiz can be taken as many times as needed to pass. Remember that all questions are pulled from the course material, so you can review the curriculum if you don't pass the first time. We have integrated the quiz questions into the content for immediate feedback. You can complete the quiz and study at the same time. There are no additional fees or charges for reattempting the quiz.
Q: How long does it take to complete the Blended Learning course? Do I have to finish it all at one sitting?
Our e-learning or blended learning course is designed to let you work at your own pace. The average completion time for this course is 1 to 3 hours. The course does not have to be completed all in one sitting. Just be sure to save your progress.
Q: Does your course require an outside hands-on test?
A: No. Our interactive training includes step-by-step video demonstrations that allow you to practice along at your own pace. This training method will cover and allow you to build and practice the skills required to perform CPR. You will be certified upon successfully completing our comprehensive online quiz. However, your employer or state or local government may require a hands on practical test. PLEASE CHECK before purchasing any online course.
Q: How much do your courses cost?
We offer a variety of courses. Please go to the "Find A Class" page of our website to view the price list for courses currently offered. Prices for group courses are determined on a class-to-class basis.
Q: How long are your certifications valid?
A: All of our certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of issue noted on your wallet certification card. Your card will list both the "Issue Date" and the "Expiration Date".
Q: Is your certification accepted by my state?
We are licensed training providers for the American Red Cross. Certification requirements can be different for various states, institutions, and employers. We suggest that you CONSULT WITH YOUR ORGANIZATION/INSTITUTION BEFOREHAND to ensure that the course(s) you’ve selected fulfills their specific requirements.
Q: What are my choices for payment?
A: You can use any credit or debit card to complete your payment through the secure PayPal system. No PayPal account? No worries! Simply click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button on the secure PayPal pop-up window and then click the "PayPal Guest Checkout" button. We accept business checks for professional development group account payments of 10 or more participants.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: PAYMENT IN FULL is required to register and confirm participation for any training course.
REFUND requests will be honored when a notice of cancellation [notice of inability to participate] is given at least 7 days prior to the start of the training. If a notice of cancellation is given 4 days or more prior to the scheduled course time, you may TRANSFER to another training course. If a transfer is requested 3 days or less prior to the scheduled course time, a $30 transfer fee will be charged to transfer to another training course. Only 1 transfer per registered participant will be granted. Once a training course begins, there will be NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.
TRANSFERS must be rescheduled within 30 days of the originally scheduled course.
PLEASE submit all notices of cancellation or reschedule requests via email to admin@angelscpr.com.
NO SHOWS and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
CANCELLATIONS MADE BY ANGELS IN TRAINING CPR:
SIX (6) PARTICIPANTS are required to hold a typical class. Angels in Training CPR reserves the right to cancel/reschedule any training course due to insufficient enrollment at least 14 calendar days in advance of the scheduled course date. Notice will be provided so that the participant will have the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees.
ANGELS IN TRAINING CPR is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the customer if a training course is cancelled/rescheduled in accordance with the above-mentioned policy.
IF A COURSE is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
WHEN INCLEMENT WEATHER is a factor, Angels in Training CPR may cancel a scheduled training in accordance with local school closings. The school district in which the training is located will determine the cancellation. Notice will be provided so that the participant will have the option to reschedule for a future course date or to receive a full refund of registration fees. If the weather allows for a scheduled training course to be held and students do not attend, registration is lost and a new course registration will be required. All cancellation/transfer feesand policies remain in effect.
PLEASE BE ON TIME to your scheduled training course. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be allowed to attend and will be required to register for another training.
